What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How should I care for my premium denim to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the color and elasticity of your jeans, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water with a gentle detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, and always air dry away from direct sunlight to prevent shrinkage and fiber breakdown.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I get my jeans hemmed through your service?
While we do not currently offer online tailoring, complimentary basic hemming is available at many of our full-price retail boutique locations upon presentation of your proof of purchase.
